Nursing:

Eastwood Convalescent Center is a fully accredited Skilled Nursing Facility. We provide twenty four hour nursing care. Our dedicated nurses at Eastwood will assist your loved one with their medical needs. We accept residents for IV Therapy, Hospice Care, and Respite Care. We have a wound care physician who’ll assist your loved one with their individual needs.

Dietary:

Our resident’s health is important therefore we serve nourishing yet tasteful dishes. Therapeutic diets are available to assist in your loved one’s healing. Our Dietary Department takes pride in the preparation food. We involve our residents with selecting their food for each meal. A dietary meeting is held every Wednesday for residents to voice their concerns. We strive to please our residents by serving wholesome meals with a smile.

Social Worker:

Eastwood Convalescent Center has an experienced Social Worker who is available to help you with Guardianship and Power of Attorney issues. She will also assist you with home care, or alternative community placement.
